About KAWASAKI Extended Warranty Coverage

The company known today as  Kawasaki Heavy Industries also known as Kawasaki was founded as a shipyard in Japan in 1878. Production quickly diversified into the train and airplane industries, and the company produced its first motorcycle in 1961.

Kawasaki Motors American Division was established in 1966 out a warehouse in Chicago the windy city. The first  few Kawasaki bikes sold in the US were branded as Omega, Samurai and Avenger, which were then changed and branded as Kawasaki's. Kawasaki opened up on the East Coast with a small distribution operation until they ultimately relocated both facilities to California in 1968. Following the move Kawasaki took off and grew a large following in just a few short years.

Kawasaki Motorcycles began to gain traction, along with others like ATVs and jet-skis. Kawasaki Motors Corp., is a US based Company in Foothill Ranch, California, and has been producing a wide variety of vehicles in the US since the 1970s. KAWASAKI has manufacturing facilities in Lincoln, Nebraska as well as Maryville, Missouri and are credited as true pioneers and visionaries for international vehicle companies that manufacture locally for global markets.
